Carambola, also known as Star Fruit, is high in Vitamin C and low in
calories. The fruit is excellent alone as a snack, as a salad topper, or as a
topping for fish dishes. The fruit is beautiful thinly sliced to get
star-shaped slices. There are small seeds that are easily removed.
